When purchasing from us directly, The Book Seat is shipped from our Head Office & warehouse in Dandenong South, Victoria.

Goods are covered by a 12 month manufacturers warranty. If you have received a product that has a manufacturers fault, or is defective in some way, please contact the retailer/place of purchase directly to enquire about an exchange or refund. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or accidental breakage. Please note that removing the safety label attached to The Book Seat will void the warranty.

For purchases via our online web store, www.thebookseat.com.au, we do not accept change of mind returns so please choose your Book Seat confidently. In the rare event we approve a return outside of our manufacturers warranty, the purchaser may be responsible for all shipping fees, including initial shipping fee, with return shipping fees possibly greater than the flat rate charged at time of purchase.
